
Sometimes you lose someone to get a better person in your life- Unknown.
Heartbreak can be a difficult process and sometimes you maybe annoyed or maybe you might go into depression or stress. I would like to give few steps which will help you.
1. Accept it:- The first step is accepting you can’t change what had happened. First accept it. It might be difficult to accept but you need to accept the truth. Don’t think about it too much or question yourself. It will be difficult but accept it .
2. Discover yourself:- This is the best times to rediscover yourself and get to know about parts of you which you didn’t know unless you travel alone, question your likes and needs. Find a new passion, new group of people and try different cosines.
3. Take self-love and self-love important:- Start taking of your self- love and self-care. Start writing in a journal, write the things your grateful for. Start doing activities like meditation. Start self-care by taking care of your health by doing exercise like going to a gym or walking or doing yoga. Sometimes self-care is telling no to other people just because you need rest.
4. Ask for support:- Share your feeling like people who really care about you. If needed take therapy . There is nothing wrong to go to a professional help.
5. Fix your mindset:- Don’t rush into a relationship because you want someone else in your life. A musk deer search for a scent which comes from inside. Similarly start searching your happiness from inside. Fix your mindset before you go into a new relationship
