There are 4 habits which you need to install by it won’t work if you try all 4 habits at a time. Try one habit a week.

80% of the people use mobile first thing in the morning and last thing in the night. Instead of using your mobile in the morning start your day with asking what I am thankful for. This will shift your mind from negative to a positive thing in the morning.
2.Inspiration
Start your day with seeing some quotes which are inspiration like motivational quotes or reading a personal development book or listening to a motivational podcast. It will boost your mood.
3. Exercise
Start your day with some movement like yoga or walking or gym. It will proved science that you exercise will reduce stress and make you feel better.
4. Meditation
Meditation will boost your positivity. It is a proved science will tells that it will help you boost your mood and chances are there which tells that meditation will increase your happiness. Meditation will help you develop dopamine which will help you develop pleasure.
