In this blog post, I am going to talk about 4 evening routines you need to have to lead a happy life.
1. No electronic device 1 hour before you go to sleep.
2. Write intention for the next day. Something like I want to wake up with energy and do all things with my best effort.
3. Write a gratitude journal. Write from 3 things to 10 things which you are grateful in your life now.
4. Have a time for bed and prepare yourself for bed
