Building an habit is important for every thing. But the problem was no one taught us how to build habit. No school or teacher or university taught us how to build habit. And positive mindset is also important for success.
In this blog ,I am going to talk about how to build a habit. 1.Why,2.What,3.How,4.Where,5.When AND Who
1.Why:-
The first thing you have to ask yourself when you want to break an habit is why? Why you need or want to break that habits. For me, the habit I wanted to build is positive thinking. The why for me is to have a positive mindset. But that is not enough, I need to ask why deep, very deep to find the answer. Then I taught that maybe to have a positive outlook over life but that isn’t enough. I needed to go deeper. So I fought the answer that I want to build the habit of positive thinking because I don’t want to feel useless . I wanted to think positive.
2. What:-
What means that what I should do. To stop thinking that I am useless. To stop telling I am not enough, Comparing others with myself. Start and end the day with affirmations. I need to have specific affirmations like you are enough. You are where I am want to be, not ahead or behind.
3. Where:-
Where I should do it. I should start the day with positive affirmations in my bed room where I sleep and also end the day with affirmations in the night in my bed room.
4. When:-
When I should do it. I must tell affirmations in the morning when I get up and the night when I go to bed.
5.How:-
How should I do it. I should do it by having specific affirmation which I need to tell at the starting and ending of the day.
6. Who:-
Who means telling to someone that you are going to leave or break this habit. This is very important because when you tell someone , you are more likely to follow it as you will want to keep your word.
