Mindful is what you feel. Mindfulness is created by meditation. Meditation helps you to handle stress , anxious and confusion The different types of meditation are:- 1. Breath-work- practices in which you take breaths and do meditation. 2. Visualisation- meditation in which you visualise. 3. Mantra- meditation by saying mantras



Do what works for you. Awareness to breath, visualise,sound and sacred words are all 3 types of meditation. Breath-work is for physical health, Visualisation is for mental health and mantra is for healing. Journey of meditation is inward. Meditation reduces depression, anxious, headache,self – care and increases creativity, mindfulness. It helps to be present. Physical and mental presence will be there if you meditate.
Effects of meditation:- If you think you can’t meditate then its a limiting belief. Meditation charges your mind. If you din’t do meditation then you will not be charged. Its is a habit and like a muscle. Good things feel bad before you do it and feels great after you do it. Meditation is like that. Concentrate on the after feeling and not before feeling. Our mind is great at forgetting spiritual things. Feeling after is important than feeling before.
