Habits you need to have

In this blog, I am taking about the habits which need to have.

1. Exercise:- Science has proved that people who did exercise are more happy and healthy. It also proves that you release dopamine when you do exercise. So if you don’t gave this habit, begin now.

2. Reading Self-help books:- It is a habit which the worlds most successful and productive people read self-help books. If you wonder what book to read , I would suggest Think like a monk by Jay shetty or The 5am club by Robin Sharma.

3. Joining self-help courses:- This is also an habit which successful and productive people do. They believe unless you grow on the inside nothing changes on outside. I would suggest to Join Genius by Jay shetty which is great course with app.

4 Meditation:- There are different types of meditation. You can follow meditation which you like.I would suggest meditation by Brendon burchard or meditation by Jay but you can find it only in his book. In his book he talks about meditation through breakwork, visualisation and silence. I like all types of mediation and I do it daily without fail.
