How to stay energized through the day:-

1.Have morning rituals:- I would suggest you to plan your day by writing down your goals and visualization of how the day would be and practice pranayam – a basic breathing to calm your mind (5-30 mins) .

How you start the day will decide how the day would go

2.Exercise :- You could hit the gym or any physical activity in the mornings to energize and rejuvenate your body.

3 .Meditation :- I would recommend you to meditate 2-3 times in a day-You could meditate for 5-10 minutes before you begin your work to keep your mind calm. You could meditate for 5-10 minutes post lunch to keep yourself fresh for the other half of the day.

4. Eat light Food – Don’t have a stomach full of food for breakfast or lunch.

In the evenings try spending time with family because it is the best stress buster that I know.

Make sure you have a calm mind before going to bed .
