What not to do when you are stressed or depressed?

Isn’t this a time in the world, in which there is too much of stress or depression?

Agree?

Many tell or write what to do when you are depressed. But in this blog, I am going to tell what not to do when you are stressed or depressed.

1.Do not think too much:-

One think you need to do is don’t think too much. About the day or your life. Just because you have or had a bad past or bad times doesn’t mean you will not have a great future. Calm down. Enjoy your life. It’s ok if you made mistakes.

To err is human, learn from your mistake and move on.

2.Don’t do thing which you don’t like:-

You may not like going to movie. Or maybe you don’t like horror movie. But your friend calls you then say no. Don’t do anything which you don’t like. Those are the times in which you need to do things you like the most.

3 .Don’t try new things:-

I personally recommend this because you may try and if even if it goes well. You might feel I could have done it better way or you may think I didn’t do well even if you have done it very well. This is because you may have low self-esteem during these times.

4.Don’t be alone:-

Spend time with family or be with group. Don’t be alone. Go out with friends or family members. Be fully engaged.

5.Don’t use too much social media:-

I would recommend to spend time with people than with your phone using social media. Because in this current trend, there are lots of trolls or negative things is what people share or talk. Especially against women’s or people telling what they feel.That is not accepting other people’s opinion. This might create a negative effect on your how you feel.
