We all have heard about the power of the mind is the power of a human. But in many situation which when feel stressed we don’t think and talk we want. I have learned a lesson from my dad, ” When you are angry or confused, pause and don’t think too much”.
You can calm yourself by taking a few breaths. But do have to do only good habits. Read a positive quote from any social media. See self-help videos. Read self-help books as doing these will develop yourself and make you a better you. “You cannot grow in many aspects of your life unless you grow inside”.
In life, there may be times in which you get angry but have to control it. I mean if you are working in a company and the boss scolds you. First you have to think why your boss scolded you. If it’s a good suggestion you can try to make changes.
The best thing you can when you get angry is” Be silent for 5 minutes also close your eyes while doing it”. I do it and I believe that I have trained my mind well!! But still a learner!! A long way to go. You may think whether we can develop our mind. Yes we can. I used to love to eat chocolates and eat from 1-5 for a day. But now I eat even 1 or even avoid eating chocolates.
