Lesson I learnt from the Movie- Vettaiyan:-

Hi friends! I am going to share the lessons I learnt from the movie -Vettaiyan. This blog is going to have a lot of spoilers since I am unable to share the lessons without the spoilers of the film. There is a famous tamil proverb which I translated in english as

What you see from your eyes is a lie, What you hear from your ears is a lie. Go deep and investigate it to find the truth

This quotation is a proof which happened in this movie. What this quote says according to me is that Don’t believe what you see because there might be something you might miss as something might have happened before you came and saw. Never decide anything based on what you hear because you might hear only half side or one side of the story. To find the truth go deep and investigate it to find the truth. This is the mistake what happened in this movie. In this movie, Rajinikanth encounter a person based on a video he saw and also from what he heard from his police subordinates. As they said he is the criminal. He does encounter and later realises that person he encountered is a innocent person. He could have taken time to investigate what had happened and later decide but in a hurry he decided it. But don’t we do it sometimes. I have done it in my past which I would love to correct it. We hear one part of the story and decide what to do based on it. In this film, one person is flamed as the criminal for the rape and murder of a girl. But Rajinikanth without investigating decides he is criminal and encountered him . But later, a human right officer explains to him that you know only side of the story. There is a another side. He is the first graduate from his slum. He does free service of tabs and computers to the government school where the women was killed . And he saved her number as sister. And he is not the criminal. Later , Rajinikanth comes to know he killed an innocent person. What I learnt is what sometimes we might hear only one side of the story or we decide based on what we see without understanding what happend before that. I have done it. I am not telling that you did it. What I would like to tell is that we shouldn’t decide in a hurry or decide by hearing only one side of the story or maybe decide based on what we heard. We should go deep and investigate to find the solution.

This is important lesson I learnt from this movie. Thanks for reading my blog.
