Habits which will help you during these chaos times:-

Yes I write as chaos because during this covid era as some say it will soon become a endemic while many say there is long time to have a endemic time. But shouldn’t we be prepared . In this blog, I write some habits which will help you.

1. Meditation:- If there is something which will help you at all time then it is definitely meditation. I am not telling you to do a 20 minutes but doing 20 minutes it really good. But you can start with 3-5 minutes . Nowadays there are few meditation apps like headspace, calm ,etc. Try meditation, it will definitely help you a lot during this time.

1.Gratitude:- There are many ways to follow this habit. I would suggest few ways. You can write in a dairy daily about things you are grateful for. You can tell that using voice notes in your mobile. You can practice a habit suggested by Jay Shetty, A former monk. Think about 5 things which you can touch which you are grateful for, 4 things which you can see which you are grateful for, 3 things which hear which you grateful for, 2 things smell which you you are grateful for and 1 thing you can taste which you are grateful for. Another method which i would suggest is by Mindvalley Founder Vishen. You should close you eyes. Then think about 3 things in your life which you are grateful for . Feel those things.Thing about 3 things in your professional life which happened recently and feel those moments . Then thing about 3 things in your life which is related to your personal life which your grateful for and also feel those moments. I follow this and helped me a lot.

3. Seeing comedy video:- This might be silly but you need to laugh more. Life is too short to be serious and stay unhappy. Watch a lot of comedy video and listening to stand-up comedy clips.

4. Journaling:- Write down in a dairy about things that happened in the day and how you felt. Write it completely with all details. How you felt, what you thought . Your lows and high in your personal life. Pour your heart out when you journal. There are proofs which tells journaling helps you

5. Exercise:- If you need one thing you help you during your tough times then anyone will tell you that go out for a walk or do exercise. There are scientific proofs that it helps during difficult times and depression. Do any exercise regularly or especially when you feel low or stressed or depression.

6. Have enough sleep:- If there is one thing which will help you to be focused and remain calm then you need to take care of your sleep. None can stop you from a good night sleep from 7-9 hours.

7. Stay safe:- The most important thing is to take care of your health. Stay safe. Maintain social distance, wear masks when you go out.

I am not telling you to follow all 6 because 7th one is compulsory. I hope this is helpful . Have a great day and days ahead!
