I would suggest that you having a morning routine and evening routine will definitely help you. I am going to talk about activities including activities in morning and evening routine
1.Wake up at least 1 hour before Work timing:- I suggest this because it will prepare you to lead a successful day.
2.Meditation:- If there is one thing which help you stay peaceful is it’s definitely meditation. Science and neuroscience proves it will help you stay energised and focused.
3. Gratitude:- I would suggest you to write minimum 3 things you are grateful for in the morning when you get up and before you get to sleep.
4. Journal:- Journal anything but during morning after you get up and night before going to sleep can help you feel calmer is what is proved scientifically. Write your goals, how you feel and many other things.
5. Exercise:- In these difficult times don’t forget to talk care of your body through exercise. Take care of your body and your health.
6. Yoga or Breathing exercises:- If you are someone who doesn’t like yoga then at least do sone pranayama or breathing exercise as it will help you fight covid if you get it unluckily. If you are fine with it then you can do yoga.
7. Walking every 1 hours:- In office before lockdown you would at least up to get some tea or coffee or maybe chat with your friends in office. But since you are working from home, so i will suggest you walk every 1 hour for 2 minutes only when you work. It will make your body active.
