There will be ups and downs in your life but you need to get up.

You will fail but it’s about how you get up. You need to compare with yourself and not with others. You need to have compassion and not judgemental with yourself when you fail.
Just like how sun set and moon comes in night, You may have both good and bad times. But just like sun you need to get up. You need to have a journal especially when you feel bad and even you can do voice notes when you feel bad. It is proved that journaling has helped people who were going through bad times.
Reset expectation from time to time. You need to learn from someone who inspired you. It may be from someone you know or if you don’t know then learn from their documentary or from reading about their books.
Adapt yourself from season to season. Some season will be good , some ok and some bad but adapt yourself from season to season. You need to have a coaching and a community.
